Not being able to impress before the panel of judges Apryl was not picked. Later, she was introduced to a famous singer and toured as the backup singer. The two got involved and were able to appear on the Vh1 television show of the same name Hollywood becoming one of the show's initial eight actors. First season is about the birth and pregnancy of Megaa Grandberry. Season 2 discusses her professional frustrations and insecurities when she achieves more success. Apryl and Omarion were not present at the taping of the reunion episode from season two since he was traveling. Apryl made the announcement on December 7, 2015 that the pair had left the show, and would not be returning for the second season. Apryl's daughter A'mei Kazakhstanuko was born on March 7, 2016. Apryl split from Omarion 4 months later. Apryl was on the show during Season 4, where she sat down along with Lil' Fizz, to discuss B2K. B2K reunion. Apryl returns in season six of the show, which will follow her custody battle with Omarion and speculations about her romance with Lil' Fizz. In the sixth season of Apryl her and Lil' Fizz acknowledge they share an affair, which leads to her feel conflicted with Moniece.
