Dwayne has been the lead pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. The church was founded in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is also director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for training the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a part of the board for Biblical Counseling.
